What is the Oppositions Page?

The Oppositions page has two tabs. My Oppositions gives you a dedicated, consolidated view of every opposition and rectification proceeding for trademarks in your active portfolio, split into Incoming (your trademark is being opposed), Outgoing (your firm filed the opposition), and Others (not yet classified). Opposition Tracker (Pro and Pro Max plans) searches the entire national database, not just your portfolio — see below.

See who filed the opposition, the current status, any decision issued, and which attorneys are handling it — all without opening the registry website.

What You Can See

Opposition number	The official opposition or rectification proceeding number
Application number	The trademark application number — click to open the full trademark record
Trademark name	The name of the mark under opposition
Filing date	Date the opposition or rectification was filed
Current status	The latest status of the proceeding (see status list below)
Decision	The final decision, if one has been issued
Opponent name	The person or company that filed the opposition
Agent / Attorney	The agents/attorneys representing each side

Year	Filter by the year the opposition or rectification was filed
Search	Free-text search by opponent name or the agent/attorney name on record

Navigation

Click any opposition row to open its full detail page. The detail page shows the complete timeline of the proceeding — all documents, hearing dates, evidence submissions, and decisions. Related Documents are listed newest first; click the Date column heading to flip to oldest first.

Opposition Tracker Pro

Opposition Tracker lets you search the entire national opposition/rectification database — not just your own portfolio. Choose Agent / Attorney or Opponent / Party name to search that one field specifically, then type a name and hit Search.

Results appear in the same table used throughout the rest of the Oppositions page, linked straight to their detail pages, with Status and Year filters and a table/cards toggle (cards are the default on mobile).

Deadline Integration

Opposition proceedings automatically generate a chain of deadlines in your Deadlines section — Counter Statement, Rule 45 Evidence, Rule 46 Evidence, and Rule 47 Evidence — tracked and managed automatically by Dexin.
